Steve Hundley

Steve Hundley, founder and CEO of 1parkplace, Inc., first became successful in the real estate industry as a top agent and Marketing Manager for some of the largest real estate brokerages starting in 1982. During this time, Steve successfully devised workflow automation applications to perform more efficient business transactions. He personally designed and implemented event-tracking software applications and prospect-management systems to improve overall agent productivity and client management.

Between working as a real estate agent and starting 1parkplace, Steve also worked as a Director of New Business Development for one of the top title companies, where his charter was to blend the services of the company’s multiple divisions into a cohesive unit, by leveraging sophisticated automation strategies mixed with solid training and promotional campaigns targeting the professional real estate agent.

Hundley began 1parkplace as a consulting service in 1994, working primarily with the First American Corporation, where he provided the initial vision that led to the development FASTWeb (www.fastweb.firstam.com), First American’s flagship Web-based e-commerce solution for products and services. 1parkplace subsequently has been instrumental in building www.firstam.com, which features ground breaking order-entry and management tools for this leading multi-billion dollar financial services corporation.

Today, Steve is responsible for the vision, strategy and overall direction of the company. As a current member of the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) faculty, Hundley also teaches courses in Internet business strategies and marketing for the Extended Learning Center.
